Today I have a two page spread from our recent vacation to share. I'm starting to learn a bit more in Photoshop and I created the template for this two page spread myself, but I did use frames from a Simply Yin template to mat my photos.

Snow

Over the weekend I was in the mood to get a few scrapbook pages done. I'm running behind on my yearly total (I'm slightly right brained when it comes to scrapbooking and keep a spreadsheet to total up the pages I have complete and then for fun I graph it- sick, I know, but it motivates me to complete more pages) The minute I took these pictures I couldn't wait to scrapbook them, but as always, life gets in the way.  But I was finally able to sit down and get this done.  I think these pictures capture his personality so well. He is my daredevil with dimples (believe me he knows how to use them) and a sly smile.  But at times he is quiet and serious. He is so much like Mr. Sunny.

Birthday Invites

Since I don't have anything new I thought I would dig into my archives to find a project I did. So since it is my oldest birthday weekend I have a birthday invite I did for my his birthday party 2 years ago. I love using digital scrapbooking supplies for Birthday invites and then printing them at costco.  I find it a time/money saver. For these I printed them out as 5x7s.

Baby, It's cold outside

With the mere mention of possible snow flurries in the forecast earlier this week (there were none to be seen) I was itching to scrapbook the snow pictures from last year. (and I have been wanting to get more of the 2009 pictures done before 2011 starts so be prepared to see some more digital scrapbook pages in the coming weeks) It was so magical last year when we woke up to a white Christmas. Z went out with Mr. Sunny and they had a ball throwing snowballs and making snow angels. H was a bit too small to enjoy the magic of snow. Mr. Sunny enjoyed himself quite a bit and played a few tricks and threw a few snowballs my way too. Now Z wants it to snow again on Christmas, and Mama would like another white Christmas too Santa!(and if it does Mr. Sunny better watch out!)
