Sending birthday wishes

I am so happy to see I still get some visitors to my little, sometime neglected blog.  Thank you all for you nice comments.
Today I have a card that is a CASe of a card done by the amazing Debbie Olson.  The first time I saw this card I knew I wanted one for myself. I went with colored pencils instead of copic to color in the fun sunflowers.

little love birds

Hello, today I have another valentine's day card to share. I decided to pull out my old Little bitty birds stamp set and this is what ended up. Sorry about the harsh lighting this was a after work stamping session which meant it was too dark for a good picture.

Here is a close up of Mr. and Mrs. Bitty.

Project life 2013 week 2

I finally had enough light to get Week 2 photographed.  I still haven't be able to figure out how to not have glare. It feels good to have week 2 in the book but I do still need to add the calendar.

Here is the left side. I love that I was able to document that Z read all of the wimpy kid books in a year. I'm so proud of him and his joy of reading.

Here is the right side.

My favorite photo from the week that has all three of my boys. I tried to get a picture of all three of them on the mattresses but as soon as I would get in position to take a picture on of the would be getting up.  So I was really lucky to get a couple of shots but this one is my favorite with the boys playing in the background.

There was a question last week about the text on the photos.  I have been using Ali Edwards brushes in Photoshop. They have made this project super easy.
