CASual Friday: 34 Chip off the ol' Block Part 2

I made one more card for the CASual Friday Chip off the ol' block challenge.  I have a bunch of these Heidi Swapp chipboard hearts that have been hanging around my craft stash for quite a long time and since we are approaching Valentine's Day I felt compelled to make this card.
