Halloween Treat box

I have a one more Halloween project to share with you before the big night approaches.  I made this Halloween gift for my son's teacher. I used this tutorial to create the box and lid.  I made mine square vs. a rectangle. I was able to tuck 6 Ghirardelli chocolate squares inside. I used regular adhesive to attach the purple pattern paper strip to the lid but used repositionable tape to secure it to the bottom of the box for easy opening for the recipient.

Here is a close up for the wrap.

Creepy Treats Box
STAMPS: Papertrey Ink Spooky Sweets II
PAPER: CTMH Pattern Papper and card stock
OTHER: Papertrey Ink Fillable Frame #7 Die, Papertrey Ink Double Banner Die, Papertrey Ink Mat Stack #4, Paper Studio Gemstones

  1. Very cute! There's something extra fun about Halloween treats. =) I love how you layered the label over the text paper. Great idea with the repositionable adhesive! I may have to use that with my Christmas goodies.

  2. Love this simple but elegant treat box, Tricia! I will check out the how later today. TFS

  3. So cool! I love how you layered the labels. Very elegant treat box!
