Christmas Teachers Gifts- Cocoa Kits

Today, as promised, I have the teacher’s Christmas gifts I made time to craft up over the weekend. While looking for ideas I found a tread on the forum at Papertrey Ink about how to reuse the clear boxes that the stamps come in.  One of the ideas was to use it to package up some cocoa and marshmallows, so I took that idea and ran with it. And since I already had the cocoa sliders and the tag that I did for the blog hop it came together pretty quick.

Cocoa Kits
Supplies
STAMPS: PTI Background Basic woodgrain, PTI Tiny Treats Christmas, PTI Warm Happiness, PTI Stocking Prints, PTI Holiday Button Bits
PAPER: Close to my Heart, Basic Grey
OTHER: Spellbinder, PTI Mat Stack 1

Here is a closer look at one.

Here are all of the pieces of the cocoa kit, I added an extra till touch on the lable I used to close the marshmallows.  I think it is the little details that make someone feel special.

Another little touch I added was to just slide a piece of pattern paper in the back.  I didn't use any adhesive for this.

After showing Mr. Sunny for his approval (really I just showed him because I thought it turned out so cool) he was worried the teacher's would not know that the cocoa was in the slider thing. He said I should put some instructions on the back.  I told him no problem; I have this super cute stamp set that is perfect for this. So I stamped it on a label and used the label (instructions) to hold the box close, which work out great since I was just push the flap inside the box to close it before.
